RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.  For this reason, if the product is damaged or defective, you may request an exchange or refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used. All items must be returned in the original packaging, unopened and with seals intact.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval provided that everything is intact.
Immediately after your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If, for a specific reason you don't have the original product packaging, pack your item securely. Use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper.
